Easter’s acrylic painting course

Welcome to a weekend-long painting course at Taiken, where colors can take over and your inner artist can be released. The course is led by Mari Åman, an inspiring and inventive teacher who makes working feel safe, curious and surprisingly free.

This course does not look for perfection or the right answers. Instead, we experiment, play, mess up and let the hand to do thinking. In Taiken's inspiring environment, you are allowed to let go of control, forget about performance and let the image emerge on its own.

The course is suitable for both first-timers and more experienced artists. It is enough that you come with an open mind. The magnificent milieu of Taiken and the adjacent Koivikon Hevostila inspire and the rest is taken care of by colors.

Painting at Taiken is not just about doing. It's a permission to be creative.
