In the Finnish sauna, words have always come second. First there is heat, then steam, and only much later, conversation.
The Silent Sauna invites you back to this original rhythm. For two hours, not a single word is spoken inside the sauna doors. Silence moves across the benches, settles on the skin, and allows the body to remember how to exist without explanation.
This is sauna the Finnish way: quiet, shared, yet deeply personal. A space to listen to the motion of steam, the rhythm of the heart, and thoughts that do not need to be spoken aloud.

フィンランドのサウナでは、言葉は常に二の次でした。
まず熱があり、次にロウリュがあり、そのずっと後にようやく会話がありました。
「静寂のサウナ」は、その本来のリズムへと立ち返る時間です。2時間のあいだ、サウナ室の扉の内側では一切言葉を交わしません。静けさがベンチを巡り、肌に染み込み、説明のいらない“ただ在る”という感覚を身体に思い出させます。
これはフィンランド式のサウナ体験です。
静かに、ともにいながらも、それぞれの内なる世界の中で。ロウリュの動き、心臓の鼓動、そして言葉になることを求めない思考に耳を澄ます時間です。
